On April 1, the Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC) announced seven new confirmed imported cases of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) in Taiwan. Among seven imported cases, four patients are women and three patients are men. Four of seven patients reside in northern Taiwan, and three reside in southern Taiwan. The patients had traveled to the United Kingdom (1 patient) or the United States (6 patients) before the onset of disease. The CECC reported that two of seven cases traveled together to the United States.
