CECC confirms 114 more cases of Omicron subvariants, including 97 domestic cases and 17 imported cases

On November 7, the Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC) announced 114 new confirmed cases of Omicron subvariants. Of these new cases, 97 are domestic (94 cases of BA.5, two cases of BA.2, and one case of BQ.1) and the other 17 cases (15 cases of BA.5, one case of BA.2.75, and one case of XBB) are imported. As of now, there have been a cumulative total of seven imported cases of XBB, four imported cases of BF.7, six imported cases of BQ.1, 1,215 imported cases of BA.5, 104 imported cases of BA.4, 63 imported cases of BA.2.75, and 1,028 imported cases of BA.2. Furthermore, there have been a cumulative total of one domestic case of BF.7, one domestic case of BQ.1, 1,107 domestic cases of BA.5, five domestic cases of BA.4, 2,527 domestic cases of BA.2, and no domestic cases of BA.2.75.
