Taiwan will continue suspending entry of Indonesian migrant workers and will lift the measure depending on coronavirus situation in Indonesia

On December 16, the Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC) announced that in consideration of the escalating coronavirus situation in Indonesia, it would continue suspending entry of all Indonesian migrant workers coming to Taiwan to work starting from December 18. Moreover, the CECC will decide when to lift the suspension of entry of Indonesian migrant workers based on the status of the coronavirus pandemic in the country.
