COVID-19 government-funded vaccination appointment reservation system to open to people aged 35 to 20 (inclusive) for scheduling appointments to be vaccinated with Medigen vaccine; vaccination to take place starting August 23

On August 18, the Central Epidemic Command Center pointed out that the COVID-19 vaccination registration and appointment reservation system (https://1922.gov.tw/) was open from 10 a.m. on August 16 to 12 p.m. today for scheduling appointments to get vaccinated with the Medigen vaccine, and a total of 419,000 people have scheduled appointments as of 12 p.m. today. This round of vaccinations will take place from August 23 to August 29.

However, to ensure effective use of the vaccine, from 4 p.m. on August 18 to 12 p.m. on August 20, eligibility for scheduling appointments in the current round of inoculation will also be opened to people aged 35-20 (inclusive, born on August 23, 2001, or earlier) who registered their willingness to get vaccinated with the Medigen vaccine before 12 p.m. on August 13; it is estimated that 298,000 people can be included and be eligible to make appointments for vaccination with the vaccine.
