On August 25, the Central Epidemic Command Center pointed out that the COVID-19 vaccination registration and appointment reservation system is scheduled to open to individuals receiving their first dose of the Medigen vaccine between August 23 and August 29 starting September 27 for booking appointments to receive a second dose of the vaccine; individuals who are eligible to make a vaccination appointment or receive a text message can schedule an appointment during the specified time.

Members of the public who plan to travel abroad and urgently need to receive their second dose of the vaccine 28 days following their first dose should provide their flight ticket with proof of payment, flight itinerary, and proof of documents for studying abroad/proof of enrollment or proof of documents issued by companies for traveling abroad for business to a contracted vaccination site, which will offer them vaccinations after a physician's assessment.
