On September 11, the Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC) pointed out the available brands of vaccine in the ninth round of bookings on the COVID-19 vaccination registration and appointment reservation system (https://1922.gov.tw/) are the Pfizer-BioNTech (BNT) and Medigen vaccines. Details are listed below.
A. Registration of willingness to receive vaccination on the vaccination appointment system will be closed at 12 p.m. on September 13. The system will be open starting 10 a.m. on September 14 to students aged 12-17 who choose to be vaccinated at locations other than schools and individuals in that same age group who are not enrolled at schools to register their willingness to receive the BNT vaccine; a round of vaccinations for them will take place in a time period announced by the CECC.
B. Eligibility:
(1) Individuals in the following groups who have registered their willingness to receive the BNT vaccine are eligible to schedule an appointment for their first dose of the BNT vaccine: individuals aged 18-22; people aged 65 and older; and individuals aged 40 and older in the ninth priority group.
(2) Individuals who are on the 4th-week mark or longer after their first dose of the Medigen vaccine before September 28 (inclusive) are eligible to make an appointment to get their second dose.
C. Scheduling appointments: from 10 a.m. on September 20 to 12 p.m. on September 22.
D. Vaccination:
(1) A round of BNT vaccinations is scheduled to take place from September 25 to October 2.
(2) A round of Medigen vaccinations is scheduled to take place from September 30 to October 2.

The CECC reminds the abovementioned eligible individuals to log into the vaccination appointment system, register their willingness or edit their preference before 12 p.m. on September 17, and schedule a vaccination appointment during this round of bookings.
