Cumulative total of 393 COVID-19 cases confirmed in Taiwan; 114 patients released from isolation

On April 13, the Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC) reported that 668 additional cases related to coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) were reported on April 12. As of writing, a cumulative total of 47,215 cases have been reported among which COVID-19 has been ruled out in 42,707. Of these reported cases, infection with COVID-19 was laboratory-confirmed in 393 cases (Cases #389-393 confirmed today). Of 393 confirmed cases in Taiwan, 338 are imported and 55 are indigenous. Of the confirmed cases, there have been 6 deaths, and 114 patients have been released from isolation while the remainder remains hospitalized in isolation.
