Enterovirus Infection with Severe Complications in Taiwan － Update 31

August 9, 2011--As of August 9, 2011, 3 cases of enterovirus infection with severe complications had been reported and confirmed by Taiwan CDC. These cases are aged below 5 years (See Table 1(pdf file)) and reside in the northern area of Taiwan. (See Fig. 1(pdf file))

No case was newly confirmed in Week 31 (August 3 to August 9). (See Fig. 2(pdf file))
