Content：The Minutes of the 2011 National Communicable Disease Control Expert Meeting record the proceedings of the meeting, including keynote speeches, special topic seminars, discourses, discussions, and photos taken at the meeting. The “2011 National Communicable Disease Control Expert Meeting” was held at the College of Public Health, National Taiwan University on March 26, 2011. The meeting was co-organized by the Department of Health and the Taiwan Urbani Foundation. A total of 77 participants, including the Minister of the Department of Health Wen-Ta Chiu, the Director-General of the Taiwan Centers for Disease Control Feng-Yee Chang, the President of the Taiwan Urbani Foundation Ming-Liang Lee, Researcher of the Academia Sinica Chien-Jen Chen and the nation’s leading communicable disease control experts, attended the meeting. Topics discussed at the meeting included “Review of Vaccination Policy”, “Review of Vaccine Implementation”, “Initiation Mechanism and Normalization of Influenza-Like-Illness-Related Inpatient or Outpatient Services”, and “Public Risk Communication”.
