In order to prevent and control the influenza pandemic, Taiwan CDC compiled this Strategic Plan-3rd edition in accordance with our ‘Preparedness Plan-Phase II’ , WHO ‘Pandemic influenza preparedness and response. WHO guidance document’(published in Apr 2009) and the experience of the 2009-2010 H1N1 influenza pandemic. This Strategy Plan listed the possible epidemic prevention measures by government during different epidemic situations to give a complete picture of the whole strategy.
