May 2021, a domestic COVID-19 epidemic burst out in Taiwan following increasing number of severe and fatal COVID-19 cases. Taiwan had only a few experience of caring COVID-19 severe cases at that time, which posted tremendous disease burden. In order to strengthen public health and medical practitioners’ ability and quality of COVID-19 critical care, the Central Epidemic Command Center urgently established the "Expert Consultation Taskforce for COVID-19 Cases Critical Care". With Dean Chong-Jen Yu as the convener, 23 experts establish the COVID-19 critical care consultation platform to provide clinical management suggestions for severe cases, and held three series of "COVID-19 Clinical Rounds, Grand Rounds, and Chief Rounds" COVID-19 Critical Care Live Seminars. Furthermore, all the designated emergency response hospitals were actively participated in the online Cases Consultation and Discussion Meetings. There were accumulated more than 750,000 views for the live seminar series, which goes without saying that the series efforts precisely met the needs of public health and medical practitioners.
