11th round of name-based rationing system for at-home COVID-19 rapid test kits to begin on March 1, and people can purchase rapid tests with their NHI cards; children six and under and elderly people 65 and older who are eligible for free rapid tests should collect rapid tests with their NHI card as soon as possible, and these two distributing programs will end on Feb. 28 this year as scheduled
