People failing to collect masks within time limit can still collect their orders at the designated pick-up location within the time period specified in text messages

On July 15, the Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC) announced that members of the public who have ordered masks online and made the payment but failed to pick up their masks within the time can still go to the originally designated pick-up location to collect their orders. Members of the public who failed to pick up their orders within the time limit will receive text messages notifying them to collect masks at the convenience store or supermarket they chose as the pick-up location. If members of the public can’t pick up masks at the location, they can select another pick-up location through the original ordering platform (the eMask Ordering System, National Health Insurance Express App, or kiosks).
