CECC reiterates law enforcement authorities will not start investigation or impose punishment against missing foreign workers who come out for vaccination and urges each agency to abide by epidemic prevention policy


On December 7, the Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC) issued the following statement about the media report on a missing foreign worker who got arrested for coming out to get vaccinated:

The CECC reiterates that law enforcement authorities will not start an investigation or impose a punishment against missing foreign workers who come out to get vaccinated. The CECC has informed each law enforcement authority to abide by its epidemic prevention policy.
