On January 6, the Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC) pointed out that in consideration of the severity of COVID-19 globally, elderly people and individuals at high risk of developing severe complications if infected with COVID-19 are urged to complete a COVID-19 primary series vaccination as soon as possible to build protection.

The CECC also pointed out that local health departments provide in-home vaccinations, and people with disabilities who wish to get vaccinated can contact their local health department to inquire about in-home vaccination.
