Vaccination with second dose of Moderna vaccine to be available for elderly people aged 75 and older who received their first shot before July 9


On September 16, the Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC) announced that starting September 17, vaccination with a second dose of the Moderna vaccine will be open to elderly people aged 75 and older (born on December 31, 1946, or earlier) who were vaccinated with a first dose of the vaccine before July 9 and received their first dose 10 weeks previously; the second dose will be given to the age group according to the lists of eligible individuals compiled by city and county governments.
