Beginning May 14, new options available for people in home isolation, self-initiated epidemic prevention or home quarantine who test positive with rapid tests to have assessments

On May 13, the Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC) announced that in order to offer more options for people who have positive rapid test results and cannot use video calls or fail to schedule a video consultation to confirm their positive results, individuals in home isolation, self-initiated epidemic prevention or home quarantine are allowed to have a friend or relative bring their National Health Insurance cards and rapid test devices/test cards to a clinic or the designated facility in charge of their home care for confirmation by a doctor. Calling the clinic or visiting the clinic's website to make an appointment and registration before visiting is strongly advised.
