The Central Epidemic Command Center announced today that effective from March 10 to April 10, local governments can offer health educational materials valued at NT$500 or below to elderly people aged 65 or older when they receive a first, second or booster shot. The measure to provide increased incentives will be implemented in order to further encourage elderly people to get vaccinated against COVID-19 as soon as possible. Such individuals are urged to be vaccinated to gain protection.
