On November 10, the Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC) announced 22,331 new confirmed cases of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) in Taiwan. Of the 22,331 new cases, 22,286 are domestic and 45 are imported. The CECC announced 66 deaths today.

Regarding the 22,286 new domestic cases, 10,065 are male and 12,209 are female, while the gender of the other 12 cases is under investigation. They range in age from under five to above 90 years. Of those domestic cases, 3,651 were reported in New Taipei City, 3,068 in Kaohsiung City, 3,042 in Taichung City, 2,269 in Taoyuan City, 2,252 in Tainan City, 1,942 in Taipei City, 1,107 in Changhua County, 747 in Pingtung County, 569 in Hsinchu County, 546 in Hsinchu City, 535 in Yunlin County, 481 in Miaoli County, 423 in Chiayi County, 355 in Nantou County, 305 in Yilan County, 272 in Chiayi City, 259 in Keelung City, 212 in Hualien County, 122 in Taitung County, 66 in Kinmen County, 58 in Penghu County, and five in Lienchiang County.

Regarding the 66 deaths from domestic cases announced today, they were 35 men and 31 women ranging in age from 40 to above 90 years. They were severe cases.

Regarding the 45 imported cases, they all arrived in Taiwan between October 11 and November 9, 2022.

The CECC reported that a total of 19,668,542 cases related to COVID-19 have been reported in Taiwan among which COVID-19 has been ruled out in 11,689,606. Of these reported cases, infection with COVID-19 was laboratory-confirmed in 7,976,205 cases. Of the 7,976,205 confirmed cases, 36,815 are imported; 7,939,336 are domestic; 36 are naval crew members aboard the Panshi fast combat support ship; 3 are infections on an aircraft; 1 case has an unknown source of infection; 14 cases' sources of infection are being investigated. There have been a cumulative total of 13,379 COVID-19 deaths since 2020; of the 13,379 deaths, 13,362 are from domestic cases and the other 17 are from imported cases.
