To prevent community infections, event organizers are urged to strictly conduct a risk assessment and prepare complete disease prevention plans before gatherings

In order to prevent COVID-19 community infections, the Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC) reminds organizers of large-scale gatherings to reassess the necessity of holding the events and conduct assessments of related risks in accordance with the guidelines for large-scale public gatherings in the wake of the COVID-19 outbreak issued by the CECC. If event organizers cannot conduct a complete risk assessment and produce thorough disease prevention plans and measures prior to gatherings, the CECC recommends the gatherings be postponed or cancelled.
