CECC extends effective period of offering health educational materials worth NT$500 or below to people 65 or older (including indigenous people aged 55-64) when they get vaccinated against COVID-19 until May 31

On April 9, the Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC) announced that to encourage elderly people who have not received their first, second or additional dose of a COVID-19 vaccine or a booster shot to get vaccinated, the incentive program that allows local governments to offer health educational materials valued at NT$500 or below to such elderly people when they get vaccinated has been extended until May 31. Elderly people are urged to get vaccinated as soon as possible to build protection.
