Starting April 19, NHI-contracted pharmacies and local health centers to stop selling face masks on Sundays

On April 17, the Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC) reported that an increasing number of people now purchase masks through the eMask system. Considering that mail carriers and pharmacists and related personnel at pharmacies and local public health centers have worked tirelessly to assist in the allotment and sale of face masks, the CECC announced that from April 19 face masks will not be distributed to pharmacies contracted by the National Health Insurance Administration and local public health centers every Sunday, allowing the personnel to have time off to rest.
