To satisfy necessary daily needs of individuals subjected to epidemic prevention restrictions and reduce risk of community transmission, CECC to discuss related measures and penalties

On April 20, the Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC) announced that in order to satisfy necessary daily needs of individuals under home isolation, home quarantine, or home care and reduce the risk of community transmission, it will discuss related measures and penalties.

Delivery workers or visitors:
can follow the COVID-19 Guidance for Community Management and Maintenance; contact information registration, hand disinfection, and other measures can be implemented to ensure risk management.

If a confirmed case receiving home care needs a pharmacist to deliver his or her medication to their residence:
the individual can have his or her building personnel receive the delivery of medication on his or her behalf and leave it at the door; the individual can then communicate with the pharmacist remotely to check if it is the right drug and to receive education on how to take medication to ensure safe medication use.

Building personnel are advised to provide assistance so as not to violate related rules and be penalized.
