On August 22, the Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC) announced that unclaimed masks pre-purchased during Periods 1-13 of online pre-ordering under the name-based system can be collected during Period 15. Those unclaimed masks can be collected at the original pick-up location or another designated place if the original location no longer exists. 

On August 24, text messages will be sent out to inform that people wishing to collect unclaimed masks can select another pick-up location through the original ordering platform or the eMask Ordering System from August 24 to August 26. On August 28, text messages will be sent out to notify those people of going to the new designated location or the original pick-up location to collect masks from August 31 to September 13 (during Period 15). 

For people who can collect unclaimed masks at the original pick-up place as the original location still exists, they can pick up their masks from August 31 to September 13 after receiving text messages on August 28. If masks are still not collected, there will be no refunds.
