Cumulative total of 388 COVID-19 cases confirmed in Taiwan; 109 patients released from isolation


On April 12, the Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC) reported that 1,102 additional cases related to coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) were reported on April 11. As of writing, a cumulative total of 46,547 cases have been reported among which COVID-19 has been ruled out in 41,681. Of these reported cases, infection with COVID-19 was laboratory-confirmed in 388 cases (Cases #386-388 confirmed today). Of 388 confirmed cases in Taiwan, 333 are imported and 55 are indigenous. Of the confirmed cases, there have been 6 deaths, and 109 patients have been released from isolation while the remainder remains hospitalized in isolation.
