On December 8, the Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC) reported that a Moderna vaccination site has been open in Taipei Main Station since December 5, 2021. As a large number of people have turned up at Taipei Main Station for a Moderna shot, the CECC announced that the service of the vaccination site will be extended to December 12 and that the vaccination site will offer Moderna shots from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the west corridor of the main hall, the main hall, and the east corridor. The service is available to both Taiwanese citizens and foreign nationals. Members of the public can get vaccinated without an appointment at the walk-in vaccination site and receive a gift after their vaccination.
