On June 30, the Central Epidemic Command Center announced that the third batch of the Moderna vaccine containing 410,000 doses was shipped from Amsterdam at 21:30 on June 29 (Europe Time) and is scheduled to arrive at Taoyuan International Airport at 16:40 on June 30.

The shipment of 410,000 doses is one of the vaccine batches Moderna will deliver under its supply agreement with Taiwan. The Moderna vaccine doses will be offered to individuals to be vaccinated under the national COVID-19 vaccination program after completion of the subsequent testing and lot release procedures.
