On July 25, the Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC) announced 48 new confirmed cases of the Omicron subvariants BA.4 and BA.5. Of the 48 cases, two are domestic and 46 are imported. There have been a cumulative total of 416 imported cases of the Omicron subvariants; of the 416 imported cases, 62 are cases of BA.4, and 354 are cases of BA.5. Furthermore, there have been a cumulative total of nine confirmed domestic cases of Omicron subvariants, and they all are BA.5 cases.
