On August 29, the Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC) announced 155 new confirmed cases of Omicron subvariants; 94 of the cases are domestic and the other 61 cases are imported. As of now, there have been a cumulative total of 80 imported cases of BA.4, 662 imported cases of BA.5, and 10 imported cases of BA.2.75. Furthermore, there have been a cumulative total of 186 confirmed domestic cases of BA.5, three confirmed domestic cases of BA.4, and no confirmed domestic cases of BA.2.75.
