June 29, 2010--As of June 29, 2010, 12 cases of enterovirus infection with severe complications had been reported and confirmed by Taiwan CDC. Among these 12 confirmed cases, 11 had been discharged and 1 was in ICU. Those confirmed cases were all under 10 years old (see Table 1(pdf file)). Seven cases were from the northern part of Taiwan, one was from the central and four were from the southern. (see Fig. 1(pdf file))

No case was newly confirmed in Week 25 (June 23 to June 29). (see Fig. 2(pdf file))
